As a company, Xavier Technology solutions is committed to providing the best service to both internal and external customers. Leadership is continually pushing initiatives to align and enhance customer engagement. Our most recent initiative revolves areound expanding our presence on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. We firmly believe that making our brand more accessible to customers across these platforms will enhance customer engagement. Our markteting lead, @sophia.barboza, is pushing us to engage our brand via social media in workplace appropriate posts by using #MakeAnImpact, #BeTheCatalyst, #CustomersFirst, and #EmbraceInnovation. She has also encouraged us to tag coworkers (e.g., @zhang.wei) and the organization (@xavier_technology_colutions). As avid social media users and employees, we can further the impact of our brand by leveraging these hashtags across plarforms and creating a buzz about Xavier Technology Solutions. We hope to entrench our products and brands into the current zeritgeist through social media. The goal is to showcase our products and capabilities to our customer base. In doing so, we hope to facilitate two-way conversations with customers. We can start a dialogue about our recent innovations, while also receiving feedback from our customers on our products and services. We jope to learn more about what aspects of our products they enjoy and what areas we can still improve upon. In gathering these data,
